Bank of Makati (A Savings Bank), Inc. officially converted its Urdaneta, Pangasinan loan center into a full-service branch on February 11, 2016.
The Urdaneta branch is BMI's 41st branch nationwide, following the conversion of the Gensan loan center into a regular branch on January 29 and the inauguration of the Buendia microfinance branch on February 1. BMI's Meycauayan, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Santiago (Isabela), Laoag (Ilocos Norte) and Batangas loan centers were also converted into regular branches in the latter part of 2015.
Present at the simple inauguration ceremonies in Urdaneta were Angel G. Muyot, Alvin P. Del Ponso, Michael L. Adan and Dennis M. Nieva.
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in July 2015 approved the conversion of all 24 loan centers of BMI. Once completed, the conversion will bring BMI’s network to a total of 57 branches nationwide.
The Urdaneta branch will be manned by Branch Operations Head; Marie Ann B. Aquino, Loan Center Operation Officer; Cristy R. Oria, Teller; Mercia Krisil Agliam, and Account Officer; Federick L.
