In line with this, we encourage you to sign a Data Privacy Act (DPA) Form, which explains how we secure, process and use client information and the rights of the client over these information.

Please visit your Bank of Makati Branch or at any Bank of Makati branch nearest you so you may be assisted with your DPA Form; or if you received it by e-mail, send us back a scanned copy or image of your duly signed form.
